DIN-DIN is an experience-driven street food movement with roots in Asian (con)fusion. We serve bowls, ramen and rolls – never in the way you expect, always with joy. We are now expanding with new units in Stockholm and are looking for a skilled, committed and collaborative chef to join our growing team.

As a chef at DIN-DIN, you will be an important part of our kitchen team where quality, creativity and pace are at the center. You will work to prepare and cook our street food according to our concepts and recipes. In this role, you will work closely with the head chef and other colleagues to deliver outstanding dining experiences

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes according to our routines and concepts.
  
• Ensure good hygiene and order in the kitchen.
  
• Contribute ideas for menu development and improvement of workflows.
• Collaborate with others in the team to maintain a steady pace even during rush hour.
• Maintain quality standards and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements:

• Experience from a restaurant kitchen - preferably with an Asian focus (meritorious but not required).
• Interest in cooking, pace and service.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Punctual, meticulous and solution-oriented.
• Good communication skills.

Employment conditions:

• Full-time/part-time.
• Working hours: Day/evening/weekend
• Location: Stockholm (Drottninggatan 94 / Norrlandsgatan 13).
• Starting date: early June.
